I work with leaders and teams who are responsible for people and performance — and who need results to be consistent, not occasional.

Before becoming a leadership development professional, I spent more than 15 years in the oil and gas industry, serving in operational and senior leadership roles. I was part of a senior leadership team responsible for people, performance, and accountability inside a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

I understand leadership from the inside — not just from the classroom.

This experience shapes how I approach leadership development today: practical, direct, and grounded in the realities leaders face every day.

WHO IS
LINDSAY DANIEL

I have worked directly with managers, supervisors, and business owners across industries to strengthen communication, accountability, and leadership performance inside real workplaces.

In addition to my industry leadership experience, I serve as an instructor with Northwestern Polytechnic, supporting the development of current and emerging leaders through structured learning and applied leadership practice.

I am also a certified professional coach, trained to help leaders identify behavioral patterns, build practical skills, and create sustainable change.

Across every role — operator, instructor, and coach — the pattern is consistent:
Leaders often know what to do.
They struggle to do it consistently — especially under pressure.

That’s not a knowledge problem.
It’s a behaviour problem.

Who I Work With

Organizations where leadership matters because performance matters.

  • Business owners

  • Operations managers

  • Supervisors and team leads

  • Growing organizations

  • Teams experiencing communication or accountability challenges

My clients are responsible for people, results, and standards — and they want leadership to be reliable, not reactive.

Experience that Gets Results
— Not Just Certificates

WHAT MAKES THIS WORK DIFFERENT

Most leadership development focuses on skills.
This work focuses on behaviour.

Because leadership breaks down under pressure — not because people lack knowledge, but because patterns take over.

That’s why I use The Ambitious Method™, a structured leadership development approach that integrates:

Internal Work
Understanding the patterns, triggers, and habits shaping behaviour

Practical Skill
Building the communication and accountability structures leaders use every day

This combination creates leadership that is:
Clear. Consistent. Accountable. Reliable

My Journey

My path hasn’t been linear. It’s been layered, messy, and deeply human. I’ve experienced the highs of leadership and the lows of burnout. I’ve navigated challenging relationships, both personally and professionally, and built a career in industries that tested my resilience, self-awareness, and sense of purpose.

But that craving for more meaning, more impact, and more truth never left me.

Through years of personal growth, mentorship, and hard-earned lessons, I learned that success isn’t about titles or task lists. It’s about emotional intelligence, trust, and the courage to look in the mirror and lead better, starting with yourself.

My career in Oil and Gas as a Chief Safety Officer and later as a Corporate Culture and Community Engagement Lead gave me a front-row seat to every kind of leadership imaginable. I learned the power of communication, the cost of avoidance, and the ripple effect one strong or weak leader can have on an entire team.

Today, that experience fuels everything I do.

As founder of The Ambitious Coach, I work with organizations to transform culture, strengthen leadership, and build teams that actually like working together.

I’ve seen firsthand how self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and real conversation change everything, from how teams perform to how people feel showing up to work.

This is my purpose now: helping organizations and leaders build environments where people don’t just work; they grow, thrive, and lead with heart..
